Bullet Journals

This week is the first week back for the Cre8 lab workshops. Because it is the first term of 2020, we thought it would be nice to get the students interested in journalling.

Fun Facts:

• Bullet Journals or BUJO was first introduced to the public in 2013.
• It was developed by designer Ryder Carroll.
• It has become very popular on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
• Mood trackers, habit trackers, goal setting and gratitude logs have positive impacts on mental health.

During the week, the students have had a great time designing their journals, they started by decorating the covers with colourful materials and trims, then decided what type of entries they would like to have, after looking at a few samples. Once they had practiced the calligraphy on the practice sheets supplied, they were confident to start having some fun.
