Several year 7 students who have been involved in an interschool writing extension workshop, have been busy creating fantastic mechanical creatures using Photoshop.  Lance Balchin, the Author and Illustrator of “Mechanica, a Beginner’s field guide”, shared his expertise in Photoshop with the students at the first workshop.  The second workshop will be held at the beginning of Term 3 and the students will then use their mechanical creatures in their stories.   It will be very interesting to see what their finished result is, they are all so different and unique.  Great work girls!
